Where to?

After you submit a request, our team confirms your ride and exact flat-rate fare shortly. During business hours (6 AM–11 PM CT) this is typically within an hour or so; overnight requests are confirmed by 9 AM CT. You'll be contacted by phone or email at the details you provide.

Payment is required before pickup. Once your ride is confirmed, we send a secure payment link. Corporate account clients can arrange consolidated monthly billing instead.

Cancellations made 12 or more hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations between 1 and 12 hours before pickup are subject to a 35% service charge (65% refunded). Cancellations less than 1 hour before pickup, and no-shows, are non-refundable. If your tracked flight is delayed 30 or more minutes, we automatically shift your pickup later at no charge; if your flight is cancelled, your booking is fully refunded regardless of timing. Yes. For airport transfers we track your flight in real time and adjust pickup to your actual arrival, including delays. Arrivals include a complimentary 45-minute wait.

Our fleet is executive Cadillac sedans (1–3 passengers) and full-size luxury SUVs — Cadillac Escalade and Chevrolet Suburban (1–6 passengers). You can request a preference when booking.

We serve the entire Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Southlake, Irving, and Arlington.
