This page describes how ASNS Transportation collects consent to send text messages, what types of messages we send, and how to opt out. This document is provided for A2P 10DLC compliance and TCPA compliance purposes.

How We Collect SMS Consent
ASNS Transportation collects digital written consent through our online booking form at asnstransportation.com. The booking form contains a dedicated SMS consent checkbox with the following opt-in language displayed immediately adjacent to the checkbox, above the submit button:
This checkbox is:
- Unchecked by default — customers must actively check it
- Separate from the Terms of Service agreement checkbox
- Required to submit the booking form
- Positioned directly above the Submit button
- Accompanied by links to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
The date and timestamp of SMS consent is recorded and stored with every booking record for compliance purposes.
Campaign Type
ASNS Transportation sends transactional and informational SMS messages only. All messages are directly related to a customer's booking. We do not send promotional, marketing, or unsolicited text messages.
Message Types and Examples
Customers who opt in may receive the following types of messages. Standard opt-out and rate disclosures are included in the first message of any booking and in any HELP response:
1. Booking confirmation (first message)
Hi [First name], this is ASNS Transportation. We've received your ride request: [Pickup] → [Destination] on [Date]. Our team will contact you within 1 hour to confirm your booking and exact fare. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. — ASNS Transportation
2. Payment link
Hi [First name], your ASNS ride is confirmed. Amount due: $[Amount]. Pay securely: [Stripe link]. Payment required before pickup. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. — ASNS Transportation
3. Payment reminder (72-hour)
Hi [First name], reminder from ASNS Transportation. Your ride on [Date] has an outstanding payment of $[Amount]. Pay: [link]. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. — ASNS Transportation
4. Driver assignment / arrival
Hi [First name], your ASNS driver is confirmed for [Date] at [Time]. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. — ASNS Transportation
5. HELP response

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on booking activity. Customers may receive up to 6 messages per booking:
- 1 booking confirmation
- 1 payment link
- 1 payment reminder (if applicable)
- 1 driver assignment notification
- 1 arrival notification
- 1 receipt or ride completion message
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on the customer's mobile carrier plan. ASNS Transportation does not charge any fee for SMS messages.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to Opt Out
STOP
Reply STOP to any ASNS text message to opt out immediately
To opt out of SMS messages from ASNS Transportation:
- Reply STOP to any message — you will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent
- Reply UNSTOP or START to re-subscribe at any time
- Reply HELP for assistance information
- Call or text us at (945) 298-8002 to request removal
Opting out of SMS messages does not affect your ability to book rides with ASNS Transportation. You may always book by calling (945) 298-8002.
Data Privacy & Information Sharing
Mobile Opt-In Data — Non-Sharing Clause:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
ASNS Transportation does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data, consent records, or phone numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and consent records are used solely for delivering the messages described above.
SMS messaging is provided through Quo (OpenPhone), our messaging service provider. Quo is a subprocessor contractually obligated to handle message delivery data securely and use it only to provide messaging services to ASNS. Quo is not a marketing affiliate. Quo's privacy practices are documented at openphone.com/privacy.

Consent Not Required for Service
SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing transportation services from ASNS Transportation. Customers who prefer not to receive text messages may book rides by calling (945) 298-8002.
