ASNS Transportation ("ASNS," "we," "us," or "our") provides premium chauffeured ground transportation across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, including airport transfers, corporate transportation, event charters, World Cup match-day transfers, and point-to-point rides. All services are provided by licensed independent contractor drivers operating under ASNS's authority. ASNS Transportation holds a valid City of Dallas Operating Authority Permit and operates in compliance with Dallas City Code Chapter 47A, Transportation for Hire.
A booking request submitted through our website, by phone, by text, or via our AI receptionist does not constitute a confirmed reservation until you receive an explicit confirmation from ASNS. Confirmation includes your exact flat-rate fare, assigned vehicle category, and pickup details. We aim to confirm bookings within one hour of receipt. ASNS reserves the right to decline any booking at our discretion, including bookings outside our standard service area, bookings requiring specialty equipment we cannot reliably provide, and bookings flagged as high-risk by our payment processor.
Payment is required in full before pickup for all standard bookings. Upon confirmation, you will receive a secure Stripe payment link by SMS and/or email. Your ride will not be dispatched until payment is received. Corporate account clients with approved NET 30 terms are exempt from prepayment and are invoiced monthly. All fares are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Gratuity is not included in the quoted fare and is at the client's discretion.
Our cancellation policy depends on the type of booking. All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Stripe processing fees are non-refundable per Stripe's terms; refunds reflect the eligible percentage applied to the amount you paid less any non-refundable processing fees retained by the payment processor.
Because match-day capacity is committed in advance of high-demand events, World Cup bookings follow a stricter cancellation schedule:
Match-day same-day modifications are not permitted. Bookings cannot be changed or rescheduled on the day of the match for operational reliability reasons.
For airport pickups where you have provided your flight number at booking, ASNS monitors your flight in real time via a third-party flight-data provider (AviationStack). If your flight is delayed by 30 minutes or more, your effective pickup window automatically shifts later to match your new arrival time. This means a flight delay will not push you into a worse cancellation tier — for cancellation policy purposes, the relevant time is your effective (delay-adjusted) pickup time.
If your flight is cancelled entirely (as confirmed by AviationStack), you are entitled to a 100% refund regardless of the timing of the cancellation. Contact us by phone or text to confirm the cancellation; we will process the refund within 1 business day.
If you did not provide a flight number at booking, the flight-delay grace does not apply and the standard cancellation tiers in §4.1 govern.
You may cancel a booking in three ways:
Self-serve cancellations via the Manage Your Booking link are processed automatically. Refunds initiated through the self-serve link are issued within minutes, though your bank may take 5–10 business days to reflect them on your statement.
You may reschedule any booking by contacting ASNS directly at (945) 298-8002. Customer self-serve rescheduling is not currently available — our team handles rescheduling so we can coordinate vehicle availability, driver assignment, and any pricing changes.
You may change vehicle category (e.g., sedan to SUV) when rescheduling. If the new vehicle category has a higher fare, you will be charged the difference via a Stripe payment link before the reschedule is confirmed. You must confirm your agreement to any additional charge in writing or in our system before the change takes effect. If the new vehicle category has a lower fare, no refund is issued for the difference — you are receiving the same service, just in a different category.
World Cup bookings may be rescheduled to a different match only when both of the following conditions are met:
If both conditions are met: the reschedule is treated as a date change, and you pay only any positive price difference between the original and new match rates. No refund is issued if the new match is at a lower price (same service, your choice).
If either condition is not met: the reschedule is treated as a cancellation of the original booking (under §4.2 above) plus a new booking at current rates. No exceptions for match-day reschedules.
ASNS provides 60 minutes of complimentary wait time at the curb on all airport arrival pickups, beginning from when your flight lands. Your driver will meet you inside the terminal at baggage claim with a name card. We track all flights in real time through AviationStack — you do not need to contact us if your flight is delayed by less than 60 minutes.
If you require additional wait time beyond 60 minutes (e.g., extended customs processing, lost luggage), you may incur additional charges at the prevailing hourly rate, charged to the original payment method. We will contact you before applying any additional charge.
ASNS reserves the right to terminate any ride and charge the full fare with no refund if a passenger:

ASNS Transportation is fully licensed and insured. Our total liability for any claim arising from a single booking — whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory — shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific booking. We are not liable for missed flights, missed meetings, missed events, missed connections, or any consequential losses arising from delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical failure, or other circumstances reasonably beyond our control.
In no event shall ASNS be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including without limitation lost profits, lost business opportunities, or emotional distress.
ASNS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms when caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God; natural disasters (hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, severe weather); fire; war, terrorism, or civil unrest; epidemic or pandemic; government order, quarantine, or restriction; closure or impairment of roads, airports, or other transportation infrastructure; labor dispute or strike; failure of utilities, telecommunications, or third-party services we rely on (including payment processing, flight data, mapping, and messaging providers).
In the event of a force majeure event affecting a confirmed booking, ASNS will use commercially reasonable efforts to reschedule or refund affected bookings.
ASNS drivers are independent contractors, not ASNS employees. ASNS establishes conduct standards, vehicle standards, insurance requirements, and licensing requirements for all drivers operating under our authority, and verifies these on an ongoing basis.
ASNS reserves the right to substitute the assigned vehicle with one of equal or greater category in the event of mechanical issues, scheduling conflicts, or other operational circumstances. We will not substitute a smaller vehicle category without your prior consent. Vehicle make and model within a category (e.g., Cadillac CTS or comparable executive sedan) may vary based on availability.
ASNS does not discriminate in service provision on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic, in compliance with Dallas City Code § 47A-2.4.2 and applicable federal, state, and local law.
Wheelchair-accessible service is available upon request. Please notify us at the time of booking so we can dispatch an appropriate vehicle. Service animals are welcome at no additional charge. ASNS complies with Dallas City Code § 47A-2.4.4 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Your use of ASNS services is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. SMS communications are governed by our SMS Consent Policy. By submitting a booking and providing your phone number with SMS consent, you agree to receive transactional text messages related to your booking. Message frequency varies (typically up to 6 messages per booking). Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for assistance. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase — you may book by calling (945) 298-8002. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or any ASNS service shall first be addressed by direct good-faith communication between you and ASNS. We commit to responding to any written dispute notice within 7 business days. Most disputes are resolved at this stage.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days of notice, the parties agree that any such dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and SMS Consent Policy referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ASNS regarding your use of ASNS services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and representations, whether oral or written.
The failure of ASNS to enforce any provision of these Terms on any one occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision on any other occasion. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by ASNS to be effective.
You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any rights or obligations under these Terms without ASNS's prior written consent. ASNS may assign these Terms to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of substantially all of its assets, upon notice to you.
ASNS may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always posted at asnstransportation.com/terms.html with the effective date in the document header. Material changes will, where reasonably possible, be communicated by SMS or email to customers with active confirmed bookings before the change takes effect. Continued use of ASNS services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
