Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 24, 2026 · Version 2.0 · ASNS Transportation · Dallas–Fort Worth, TX
ASNS Transportation is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding your personal data — including specific rights granted to California and Texas residents under state law.

1. Information We Collect

When you book a ride or contact us, we collect:

We do not collect information beyond what is necessary to provide transportation services and operate our business.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not use your information for behavioral profiling, targeted advertising to you, or any purpose unrelated to providing transportation services and operating our business.

3. Service Providers (Subprocessors)

We share your information only as necessary to fulfill your booking and operate our service, and only with the following subprocessors, each contractually obligated to use your data solely to provide services to ASNS:

Subprocessors with access to your data
Assigned Driver
Receives your name, pickup location, destination, scheduled time, and flight number (if provided) to complete your ride. Drivers are independent contractors operating under ASNS's authority and bound by confidentiality requirements.
Stripe, Inc.
Payment processing. Stripe collects and processes your card information directly. ASNS never sees full card data. Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy governs their handling of your payment data.
Resend
Email delivery for booking confirmations, payment links, and receipts. Subprocessor only; not used for marketing.
Quo (OpenPhone)
SMS messaging delivery and our AI receptionist service (Sona). Quo processes phone numbers, message content, and call audio. See openphone.com/privacy.
AviationStack
Real-time flight tracking. Your flight number is sent to retrieve scheduled and actual departure/arrival times.
Anthropic, PBC
AI processing. Our website chat assistant and AI receptionist call summaries are processed via Anthropic's Claude API to understand your needs and extract booking details. Anthropic does not train models on customer data per their commercial terms.
Railway
Cloud infrastructure host for our application server and PostgreSQL database. Data is stored in US-based datacenters.
Cloudflare
Bot-detection (Turnstile) on our booking form to prevent fraudulent submissions. See §8 below.
Google (Ads)
Advertising conversion measurement only. See §8 below.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes outside the strict subprocessor arrangements above. The service providers listed above are subprocessors that help us deliver our service to you; they are not marketing partners or affiliates.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your booking data is stored securely on Railway's US-based cloud infrastructure with PostgreSQL database encryption at rest. We use industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmission. Access to booking data is restricted to authorized ASNS personnel via password-protected and rate-limited admin interfaces.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to contact us immediately at (945) 298-8002 if you suspect any unauthorized use of your information.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking records for a minimum of 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes (IRS Records Retention Standards). Payment records are retained as required by applicable law. SMS opt-in/opt-out records are retained indefinitely for ongoing compliance verification. Bookings that are not confirmed (no payment received within 30 days) are subject to deletion after 90 days. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us — we will delete non-essential data within 30 days of a verified request, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Your Rights (General)

Regardless of your state of residence, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at (945) 298-8002. We respond to requests within 30 days. For California and Texas residents, additional rights are described in §11 and §12 below.

7. SMS Communications & Text Messaging Program

Mobile Opt-In Data — Non-Sharing Clause (A2P 10DLC Compliance):
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

By checking the SMS consent box on our booking form and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from ASNS Transportation at the phone number provided. This consent is separate from your agreement to our Terms of Service and is required by federal law (TCPA) and carrier regulations (A2P 10DLC).

Types of messages we send:

Message frequency: varies by booking activity. Typically 2–6 messages per booking (confirmation, payment link, reminder if applicable, and driver update).

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier message and data rates apply to all SMS messages sent and received.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may still book a ride by calling or texting us directly at (945) 298-8002 without providing digital consent through the booking form.

How to opt out: reply STOP to any text message from ASNS Transportation at any time to opt out of future SMS communications. You will receive one final confirmation message. After opting out, you will no longer receive automated texts, though you may still contact us directly at (945) 298-8002.

How to get help: reply HELP to any text message for assistance, or contact us at (945) 298-8002.

SMS data we collect when you opt in:

How we use SMS data: only to deliver the messages you consented to receive. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not use SMS opt-in data for marketing profiling, sell it, or share it with affiliates.

Our SMS program operates in compliance with A2P 10DLC standards. We send messages through Quo (OpenPhone), an A2P 10DLC registered messaging provider that handles carrier-level compliance. Our specific campaign registration with The Campaign Registry is administered through Quo. For complete details, see our SMS Consent Policy.

8. Cookies, Bot-Detection, and Advertising Measurement

The ASNS website uses a limited number of cookies and similar technologies, listed in full below. We do not use cookies for behavioral tracking, ad retargeting, or building marketing profiles of our visitors.

8.1 Cloudflare Turnstile (bot-detection on booking form)

Our booking form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which prevents automated bots from submitting fake bookings. Turnstile sets one or more first-party cookies on cloudflare-related domains for the duration of your session. These cookies analyze browser characteristics (not your identity) to determine whether you are a real human user. Turnstile does not track you across websites and is used only to validate the booking submission.

8.2 Google Ads Conversion Tracking

Some visitors arrive at our website by clicking a Google search advertisement. To measure the effectiveness of those advertisements (i.e., to know whether the click led to a successful booking), we use Google Ads conversion tracking via Google's gtag.js (account ID AW-18136164286). The Google tag may set first-party cookies on asnstransportation.com to attribute a booking to a specific ad click.

The data sent to Google for conversion measurement is limited to: (a) whether a booking was submitted, and (b) the Google Click Identifier (gclid) from the original ad click. We do not send Google your name, phone number, email address, pickup details, or any payment information. Google uses this data per their published terms; see Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy and Google Ads-specific terms at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

You can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com. Opting out does not prevent us from measuring conversions on bookings you make; it only affects what Google shows you in other contexts.

8.3 Browser Storage

Some pages of our website (in particular the booking form) use browser session storage to remember partially-filled form data while you complete your booking. This data is stored in your browser only and is not transmitted to ASNS until you submit the form.

8.4 No third-party analytics

ASNS does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Segment, or any similar third-party analytics or tracking service.

8.5 Your cookie choices

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may prevent the booking form from accepting your submission (Turnstile requires cookies to function) but will not otherwise affect the operation of the website.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at (945) 298-8002 and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted at asnstransportation.com/privacy.html with a new effective date. Material changes (such as changes to the categories of data we collect, who we share with, or your rights) will be communicated via email to customers with bookings in the prior 90 days. Continued use of ASNS services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. California Residents — CCPA / CPRA Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) grant you specific rights regarding your personal information.

11.1 Categories of personal information we collect about California residents

In the 12 months preceding your request, we may have collected the following categories of personal information from California residents:

11.2 Sources and purposes

We collect this information directly from you (when you submit a booking or contact us) and from the subprocessors listed in §3 (for example, Quo provides the call audio to Sona, which Anthropic processes to extract booking details). We use it solely for the purposes described in §2.

11.3 Your California rights

You have the right to:

11.4 "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"

ASNS Transportation does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This statement satisfies the CCPA/CPRA disclosure requirement.

11.5 How to exercise California rights

Call (945) 298-8002 or text us to submit a verifiable consumer request. We will verify your identity (typically by confirming details associated with a recent booking) and respond within 45 days. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written authorization.

12. Texas Residents — TDPSA Rights

If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), effective July 1, 2024, grants you specific rights regarding your personal data. ASNS Transportation is a Texas-based business, and these rights apply directly to our handling of your data.

12.1 Your Texas rights

12.2 How to exercise Texas rights

Call (945) 298-8002 or text us to submit a request. We will respond within 45 days. If your request is denied, you may appeal in writing within 60 days of our denial, and we will respond to the appeal within 60 days. If the appeal is denied, you may file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.

12.3 Sensitive data

ASNS does not collect sensitive data as defined under TDPSA (racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, mental or physical health diagnosis, sexuality, citizenship or immigration status, precise geolocation beyond pickup/destination, or biometric data).

13. International Visitors

ASNS Transportation is a U.S. company serving the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Our servers and operations are located in the United States. If you access our service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the United States, subject to U.S. law.
